Baby Card for my friend...

Here is a card I made for a shower I attended. I totally cased this card. I used the New Arrival cart for the Cricut and DCW - Nursery cardstock. I embossed the CS with the Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss and used Peachy Keene stamp set for the New Arrival cart. Colored in the eye with white prisma color pencil. Sponged around the duck and cardfront with Sunflower inkpad from CTMH. I love how this turned out!

It's a Shower

Here is a shower invitation I made for my sample book. The cardstock is CTMH Baby Pink, Chocolate and White Daisly. I embossed it with Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss and used Score Pal for the lines. Also used the Martha Stewart border punch .

I have totally had it with this weather....

I don't think I will ever be warm again! My hands and feet are so cold they feel like popsicles. If spring doesn't come soon I think I will just curl up under the afghan and hibernate. That darn groundhog had to go and see his shadow, that is just so wrong. How do they know he really saw it with all those lights and flashbulbs going off. They could be totally wrong and we are going to have an early Spring...one can only hope!!!

Happy Birthday Abby!!!

This weekend we celebrated my granddaughter's, Abigail Olivia, first birthday. It was such a great party and I think she loved being the center of attention. Especially when all the paparazzi started taking pictures. Every time a camera would flash she would flash her cute little smile. She loved all the toys she got but the clothes did not impress. However, I think she loved looking at the cards the most. She is the most adorable granddaughter in the world, at least I think so!!

Our family on my daughters wedding day, September 10, 2005. Michelle and Nathan met while attending grad school at West Virginia University. The little beauty in pink is my youngest daughter Sarah and the handsome young man on the far right is my son David who is now engaged to be married on October 4, 2008.
